Carly Anderson

Carly Anderson is a certified Master Certified Coach by the International CoachFederation (ICF) with over 15 years of experience.  She also has Coach U, Corporate Coach certifications which she is also a Faculty for both programs as well.   She has coached a wide range of executives, managers, and influential employees over her tenure as an Executive Coach. Carly continues to be a very active member of the ICF where she is an Assessor who reviews credential applicants for PCC, MCC and some ACC. A few years ago, Carly was personally selected to train and personally coach over 450 managers and high potential individual contributors for a very well-known search engine company. Janet Conn

Janet Conn has over twelve years of diverse experience, she has acquired a strong background in leadership development, team building, career management and training. Barry Foster

Jared Lock

Jared D. Lock, a Ph.D. and Licensed Industrial/Organizational psychologist has a solid 25-year career working as a leader and coach in thriving organizations.  While a psychologist by training, he is a businessman first and ingrains himself with his clients’ business mission and operating philosophy.  He then applies his psychological and people understanding in business terms, helping organizations and leaders easily use the complex world of psychology to their advantage.  He is a frequent speaker, writer, and professional trainer with over 60 book chapters, publications, and presentations in professionally refereed organizations.  He is an active member of APA, SIOP, and SHRM. Dr. Lock holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Kansas and both an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa.

Jacqueline Schaeffer

In pursuit of her passion for helping leaders, she became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) as well as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through a rigorous program from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). She is also a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and certified in hypnosis. Jacqueline has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Irvine, and has created success in a variety of fields including as a licensed California real estate broker and as a corporate paralegal. Her specialty is leadership & employee engagement training, time management, effective communications and creating work-life balance. Maria Van Hekken

Patricia Arroyo, Ph.D.

Laura Benton

Laura Benton brings a wealth of diverse experience to our coaching ream. Diane Blakey

Diane Blakey, prior to working as an independent coach, she was a human resources manager for twenty years for ConocoPhillips and BP.  She is a certified coach via the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and has an M.S. in Industrial Relations from the University of Oregon.  In addition to coaching, her work has included team buildings and facilitation; conflict resolution; customized trainings and workshops; independent, third party investigations of employee concerns; and other HR consulting projects.  She works with individuals, corporations, small businesses, and non-profits both within and outside of Alaska and the U.S.
